The company was formed in 1992 and has grown in strength and size to 7 main offices and 2 display offices in Amlwch and Beaumaris.The two directors are Richard Thomas and Dafydd Hardy, both Chartered Surveyors, and they have a team of 23 collegues the majority of whom are welsh speaking and local to the area.

From the outset the company has aimed at providing a dynamic and professional service being innovative ,where possible, such as the introduction of floorplans on sales details and also being one of the first estate agents in the area to realize the importance of the Internet as a means of marketing our services and properties.
