7 years and counting!

A 7-year streak! We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded the Best Overall Agent in Wales by All Agents for a 7^th consecutive year!

Business has been tough for most since the pandemic hit, and although it has not completely left us, recovering and coming out the other end has undoubtedly been challenging. The last 12 months has seen some normality return to our operations, with the removal of protective screening and more in-person viewings taking place which has been incredibly refreshing. Having our team back working in their welcoming environment whilst still ensuring the safety of both them and the client has been wonderful to watch.  

All Agent awards are based solely on customer reviews, making the achievement even more personal to us! With over 1700 reviews, 97% of our customers would recommend us and 98% are satisfied with our fees.  Year after year we grow and adapt as a company based on your reviews and feedback, whether it be good or bad, it helps us move in the right direction to providing the best service we can.

This award follows our Double Gold Award for Sales and Lettings win at the EA Masters Awards and hitting 30 years of business, which is incredibly honouring and a reminder of why we love what we do!

We are certainly proud of our team for their efforts in retaining this award for a 7^th year, but we are also extremely grateful to all of you for your support in Dafydd Hardy Estate Agents. Thank you.
