We are extremely proud to announce that for a second year running, we have been recognised in the top 5% of estate agents across the UK, winning a Gold Award for Sales at the EA Masters Award Ceremony. 

Dafydd travelled to London last week to attend the annual event, this year presented by Rachel Riley (pictured with Dafydd), and was amongst many other successful individuals from across the country. 

Results are based on an independent assessment of the 13,000 (plus) estate and letting agents over the UK, and then selected on their marketing, customer service and results, including how quickly they sell or let and the percentage of price achieved compared with other agents in the same location. To stand out amongst this large number and retain the property industry’s most prestigious award for another year is truly honouring. 

This recognition is not just for us, the individuals who make up our estate agency, but for every client we have served, every property we have marketed, and every dream we have helped turn into a reality. To be acknowledged as one of the best in our industry is a testament to the unwavering commitment, dedication, and expertise that we bring to every aspect of our work.
