As we’re sure many other small businesses can relate, adapting to continuously changing rules and regulations is incredibly challenging and none of us anticipated that almost two years down the line we would still be seeing the effects of Covid-19. Keeping our staff and customers safe whilst being able to ensure that operations run as smoothly as possible during this time has been crucial for us but something we have been able to maintain, thanks to our incredible team.

It makes the achievement that extra bit special, knowing our customers experience with us was enjoyable and successful. Rightmove report that in 2021 our Bangor & Caernarfon office marketed and sold more properties than any other local agent. Whilst our Llangefni office came 2^nd and our new Llandudno office 4^th for the number of properties sold in their areas. This is a fantastic achievement for our new Llandudno office, showing that our excellent service is already supporting many homeowners make their next move. In late 2021 we also opened our Colwyn Bay office which we hope to be supporting local sellers with our award-winning service.
