Approximately 54 Acres of upland grazing located between the coastal village of Trefor and Llanaelhaearn on the lower slopes of Tre'r Ceiri, one of the familiar peaks of the ''Yr Eifl' hills on the Llyn Peninsula. The land has several gated access points and stock proof boundaries, being located along the road know as Lon Yr Eifl. Tre'r Ceiri is of course noted as having one of Britain's best preserved Iron Age hill forts on its summit. The main A499 transport route is located nearby for convenient travel between the towns of Caernarfon and Pwllheli.
Stone walls and post and wire fencing which looks to be in a reasonable condition. There is a public footpath crossing a part of the land and a part of the site will be included in Yr Eifl site of Special Scientific Interest. Access to the land is off Mountain Road, an unclassified single-track road linking the community of Llanaelhaearn with the coastal village of Trefor. There were a number of sheep grazing the land at the time of our inspection but we have been informed that vacant possession should be assumed, this would need to be confirmed by your legal advisor.
We are informed by the seller that the land is Freehold with vacant possession.

From our Caernarfon office, follow the A487/499 in the direction of Pwllheli. Shortly after passing Trefor and on reaching the roundabout, take the second exit onto the B4417 signposted Nefyn. Follow the road up the hill and as you reach Llanaelhaearn, take the first turning on your right (Lon Yr Eifl). Follow this road for a few hundred yards passing the entrance to a property called Tan Y Ceiri on your left.
