Residential Visitor Accommodation

Consisting of striking fully furnished dwellings including 2 detached cottages, 2 Semi Detached houses, an apartment block with ground and first floor accommodation and an adjoining house that also accommodates at the ground floor level, the park's own laundry and linen storage area. Each dwelling offers spacious and comfortable accommodation, which benefit from uPVC Double Glazing and LPG Gas Fired Central Heating Systems and include Fully Fitted Kitchens and Family Bathrooms or Shower Rooms. When combined these properties provide a maximum occupancy of 41 persons but have varying room configurations, dimensions and layouts. There are 2 generous fields, one with 20 6 amp electric hook ups entirely devoted to accommodating up to 18 touring caravans and their accompanying vehicles for holiday makers, as well as contractors, who are currently employed on the preliminary construction work of Wylfa Newydd Power Station. The other field has 2 pitches 6 amp electric hook ups and provides space for 12 tents and their owner's vehicles.

Additional Accommodation

There are 4 large static caravans that can be found on the far side of the recreation building, of which 2 are owned by the park and are available for holiday lets, while the other 2 are privately owned and pay an annual ground rent.


A sizeable recreation building that lies opposite the furnished dwellings, offers a range of facilities for all residents, including an entrance hall with the park's enquiry and registration office, a licensed bar with an adjacent recreation and games room together with a toilet block, a resident's laundry and shower area, as well as a gymnasium. An adjoining barn provides a garage and workshop for all the park's necessary machinery along with a 2 unit stable block and a general storage area.

External Recreation Facilities

The park has a number of additional communal facilities that are popular with most visitors, such as a lovely 1-acre wood with an eye-catching pond, a spacious paddock, a sports field, a children's play area and delightful gardens.

LOCATION Lying on the periphery of the picturesque village of Llanfechell, the park is opportunely placed for the many coastal and rural attractions to be found on the island. Easy access is enabled via the A55 Expressway, which is approximately 13 miles from the property, allowing rapid commuting throughout the Anglesey, to the mainland, passing by the acclaimed University City of Bangor and onwards to Chester, ultimately linking up with the entire UK motorway network.
