At Dafydd Hardy, our Property Management and Student departments are based in the heart of Bangor within a close distance to our portfolio of over 400 managed properties. From preparing schedules of condition, dealing with maintenance problems, handling rent arrears, carrying out regular inspections and signing out tenants when they vacate, our Student team will take the stress out of being a landlord and will manage the tenancy for you.

Our Bangor branch is located in the busy University City of Bangor, where there is a large community of students from all over the world. We have a dedicated Student Department to meet the high demand for quality properties, our team will ensure that the students have a pleasant and comfortable stay whilst in North Wales. We aim to provide students with accommodation that is welcoming and carefully maintained, a safe and comfortable environment for tenants who may well be living away from home for the first time.

Our experienced and happy team who are dedicated to student lettings, will provide marketing, contracts and inventories, advise on HMO licensing and legislation, we secure deposits, collect and process rents, organise repairs and maintenance, conduct periodic inspections and liaise with landlords and tenants at every step.

We use various social media platforms to connect with our students. We hold regular competitions and attend various University forums to ensure that we are knowledgeable on the Students Union’s current schemes, programmes and events. Our staff can often be found around the University handing out our company ‘Rental Essential Guides’ and branded Dafydd Hardy Student merchandise. Furthermore, we understand the importance of being able to connect with the students through high quality marketing tools, but also following this up with good customer service and efficient property management.
