The award is based on real customer reviews of our estate agency over a period of 12 months. The review site is open to all estate agents in the UK, and reviews can be left without invitation (unlike some other review sites). AllAgents.co.uk is the UK's largest customer review website for the property industry.

Results are based on an independent assessment of the 13,000 (plus) estate and letting agents over the UK, and then selected on their marketing, customer service and results, including how quickly they sell or let and the percentage of price achieved compared with other agents in the same location. We have been recognised in the top 5% of estate agents across the UK, winning a Gold Award for Sales at the EA Masters Award Ceremony for 2 years running.

AllAgent People Awards are broken down locally and nationally and are the UK’s largest free customer award scheme for those working in the property industry. Its structure ensures that individuals are recognised based solely on customer service reviews over the period of 12 months. In 2023, 3 of our fantstic ladies were awarded 1st, 2nd & 3rd place. 

Commercial Manager Sarah Morton wins the Top Agent in Wales for Commercial Investments. This title comes from The EG Deals Competition 2020 who are powered by EG Radius and data submitted to the EG’s research team by each agent. This allows them to reveal the top agents across regions of the UK.

A judging panel from the Gwynedd Business Network select one person each year to be awarded the prestigious accolade of 'Gwynedd Business Person of the Year' –Dafydd Hardy was awarded this in 2018.
