We are thrilled to announce that Dafydd Hardy, founder of Dafydd Hardy Estate Agents, was honoured with the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award at the recent Estate Agency Masters 2024 conference!

"A complete surprise," says Dafydd, reflecting on the moment. "So much so I forgot to tuck in my shirttails before Jason (Foxy) Fox and Alex Jones presented me with my award!"

The award recognises Dafydd's outstanding contributions to the estate agency industry throughout his impressive 50+ year career. In his acceptance speech, Dafydd expressed his gratitude to the many people who have supported him along the way, including his co-founder Richard Thomas, his late father, colleagues at Relocation Agent (especially Heather Foster), fellow RICS and Propertymark members, and his Property Academy cohort.

"Special mention to the very knowledgeable Peter Knight, who has this amazing ability to think differently to most and to Danni Nash who has recently taken the helm at Property Academy and has learnt a bit of Welsh along the way!"

Of course, Dafydd also highlighted the unwavering support of his wife, Clare, and his dedicated team, both past and present. "Thank you for your loyalty, hard work, and incredible service to our customers," he said.

Dafydd's journey is truly inspiring, and it's far from over! He concludes, "I am so chuffed, and the journey goes on!"
