Having won numerous prestigious awards, the company was founded by Dafydd Hardy and Richard Thomas (both RICS Chartered Surveyors) in 1992. Today, it is a trusted and successful enterprise in North Wales, celebrated for its expertise and extensive experience in residential sales, lettings, surveys, and commercial property matters.

We have over 25 years experience in the property sector and can tailor our service to suit your needs. Our ever-expanding Property Management team is based in the heart of Bangor within a close distance to our portfolio of over 700 managed properties. From preparing schedules of condition, dealing with maintenance problems, handling rent arrears, carrying out regular inspections through to handling deposit negotiations once the tenancy has come to an end, our Property Management team will take the stress out of being a landlord and will manage the tenancy for you.
