We have celebrated our 21st anniversary by opening a new flagship office in the centre of Llangefni.
We have moved to bigger, better premises on Bridge Street, opposite the recently renovated Town Hall, and taken on an extra member of staff to meet growing demand.
Mayor of Llangefni, Councillor Dylan Rees, cut the official opening ribbon. We believe our strong High Street presence remains critical to business success despite the rise of Internet-only services.
Our Llangefni branch, previously on Church Street, was one of our oldest and most successful. Our new place will allow us to build on this success. It includes a new design and state-of-the-art IT and telephone systems.
Branch Manger of 12 years Ruth Tottey added: “With this move we are reinvesting in Llangefni and reaffirming our commitment to the town and indeed to Anglesey as a whole. “We are so excited at the opening of the new office it’s been worth the wait!”
With the new office comes a new face; Charlotte Williams from Rhosneigr has joined the firm as a new administrator.
Sales and Service Manager Susan Jones said a High Street presence remained vital for the firm.
She said: “Although we are a company that leads with modern technology, we appreciate that buying or selling a home, or deciding to let, is a big decision in anyone’s life. “That’s when you need the reassurance of personal, face-to-face support the most. It’s still the best way to be professional while offering a friendly, personal touch.”
Cllr Rees wished us well and said: “The main priority for Llangefni Town Council is to work towards the regeneration of the town. “It is therefore a great encouragement to see a local business that is clearly thriving and I wish Dafydd Hardy Estate Agents every success for the future.”
Dafydd Hardy Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents have offices in town centres across North West Wales, including Holyhead, Bangor, Caernarfon, and Menai Bridge. We were founded in 1992 and now employ more than 50 staff.
