We're almost at the end of the year - and what a year it's been!
This has been a good year for Dafydd Hardy as a business, and it’s one in which we have seen important developments in our already first class customer service. We have implemented a brand new, totally bi-lingual, Call Centre, which has four of our most experienced colleagues available to answer overflow calls from all our five offices between 8.30am and 6.30pm every weekday, and on Saturday mornings. In addition to this, we have introduced a ‘Live Chat’ facility on our website, which allows customers to communicate directly with us out of office hours. Our aim as a business is to answer your questions, and meet your needs, whenever they arise and this year has seen us making great strides towards fulfilling that aim.
In March we launched our brand new Bangor office, and during the launch night we were delighted to raise £3,000 for the #TeamIrfon appeal.
It's also been a great year for our property newspaper, ProperTy: we’re delighted to have been able to offer our readers a really wide range of articles. We've had some more upbeat, fun features about useful things such as home maintenance and crafting, as well as more serious articles, such as one about the recent changes to housing legislation. Our most recent issue (which you can read at http://www.dafyddhardy.co.uk/property-magazine.htm if you haven't managed to pick up a printed copy yet) is no exception, and offers a similarly wide selection: as well as showcasing our properties, we’re giving you an opportunity to find out more about our skilled sales negotiators, and there’s a great 'spotlight on...' article about Beaumaris, where we’re delighted to have opened a new office on December 1st of this year.
ProperTy's main purpose remains, of course, to promote the wonderful properties we're selling and letting on behalf of our clients. The magazine is just one of the innovative ways in which we aim to provide a valuable service, and it runs alongside our excellent website - a new and improved version of which has been launched in the past month – and regular email newsletters, which keep clients informed of all the developments of interest in local property.
To monitor how well we are doing in our efforts to provide excellent service, customers can leave feedback comments on an independent website called allagents.co.uk - a version of Trip Advisor specifically designed for those using professional services.

Richard and I are very grateful that they have taken the time to go online and tell other people about their experiences of working with us. It’s deeply satisfying to be told that our staff are doing such a great job for all our clients: we, as a business, are very proud of our team.

"I used Dafydd Hardy, Holyhead to sell my development of 6 luxury apartments in Trearddur Bay. I had several meetings to discuss values and marketing strategies and found their advice on both subjects to be sound. The branch manageress, Penny Lofts, was always professional and enthusiastic and I found that potential customers warmed to her because of her genuine sincerity, also another point is that she was never pushy, nobody likes a pushy Estate Agent. She would even give up her days off to do viewings on the weekend, which was massively appreciated by both me and potential customers, with an impressive % of the weekend viewings ending in a sale! In the past I have done all viewings in-house and found it hard initially to hand it over to Penny and her team - I'm glad I did hand it over as she sold all 6 apartments in 6 months!
