According to Rightmove, Boxing Day saw 54% more visits than the previous year!

Boxing Day often marks a spark in increased website traffic with Rightmove sighting a 54% increase last year.

They also saw more than 51 million visits to Rightmove between Boxing Day and the first working day of the new year!

This means if you want to move home in 2022, now is the time to get on the market and let those potential buyers see your home.

When you think about it, this pattern makes sense. Often Boxing Day is a rare occasion for families to be together, with no work commitments and thoughts move to the forthcoming year ahead.
