Dafydd Hardy discusses Aberllefenni with Chris Evans

Last month, Dafydd was excited to be a guest on Virgin Radio with Chris Evans to discuss the highly sought after Aberllefenni village for sale.

Dafydd expressed how much of a fantastic investment this is, as it will offer a steady income to a prospective buyer. Although no certified​​​​​​​ sale has yet gone through, the interest has always been there, especially over the last few months during the Covid-19 restrictions, where there are strict rules around viewings. Now, more communication is done over the phone or via email, which gives a potential buyer the opportunity to ask for as much information as they want before committing to a viewing. This has been a great way to gauge serious buyers.

A sale on this scale is more complex and due to its nature meaning that progress is slow, however Dafydd is quietly confident that 2021 will be the year that Aberllefenni finally sells.
