Commercial property specialist moves to North Wales and joins Dafydd Hardy

A specialist in commercial properties from a leading international company has joined Dafydd Hardy.

After working in the south of England for one of the world’s largest property consultancies, Susanna Sawle has taken up a key position at Dafydd Hardy Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents.

Susanna, a qualified chartered surveyor, will work on all aspects of commercial properties for our company across Gwynedd and Anglesey.

Her work will cover specialist valuations and surveys in order to help both owners and occupiers with the complicated legal processes.

Richard Thomas, co-director of Dafydd Hardy, explained why Susanna’s role is so important for the company: “Having someone with Susanna’s knowledge and skills really sets us apart from other estate agents in the area.

“We’re now one of the few firms to have a specialist commercial agent of such a high calibre.

“While other estate agents focus on residential properties and may dabble in commercial matters we now have the expertise to really offer our clients a professional service covering all areas of commercial properties.”

“Susana has already fitted in well - securing some high profile deals for owners and working with tenants on renegotiating their tenancy agreements,” Richard added.

Susanna said she was delighted to have joined Dafydd Hardy after leaving renowned property consultants King Sturge in Bath.

The keen hill-walker and horse-rider said: “I loved working for King Sturge but I really feel I can make a difference at Dafydd Hardy as there’s huge scope for this side of the business to grow.”

“The issues surrounding commercial properties are so different to residential properties we’d be letting our clients down if we didn’t offer a specialised service,” Susanna added.
