Why We Chose Employee Ownership
The decision to transition to an EOT was a natural evolution of our belief that our people are the backbone of our success. By transitioning to an employee-owned model, we ensure that our team members have a say in the future of Dafydd Hardy, fostering a workplace culture rooted in collaboration, motivation, and shared goals. Both Dafydd & Richard will remain in the business but now as employees. They'll be working with the teams to continue to deliver the award-winning service and support the business for many years to come.
