We’ve gone and done it again!
We are thrilled to announce that for a 5th year running, we have been awarded triple gold for Best Overall Agent, Best Estate Agent and Best Lettings Agent in Wales for 2020. In addition, this year we have also won Silver in the Best Small Chain Estate Agent in the UK.
Customer experience is something we have always strived hard towards, and we are incredibly proud that after such a difficult and challenging year for both us and our customers, that we were able to retain these titles. Despite our offices closing during both lockdowns, business remained open as usual and although no physical appointments took place, we were able to ensure all of our staff had access to all systems and phonelines to work from home. Without the dedication, hard work and understanding of each team member, this wouldn’t have been possible, so for that we are eternally thankful!
All Agent awards are solely based on customer reviews which makes this achievement even more personal to us. 98% of our customers would recommend us and 97% are happy with our sales fee. Your honest reviews, good and bad, allows us to develop and shape into the best possible team that we can be and allows us to achieve our goals year on year. Without you, we wouldn’t have received these prestigious awards for another year, so for that we are extremely grateful.
Mr Dafydd Hardy said: “This is a welcomed bit of good news, from what has been a very difficult year for us all. I’m sure like many other businesses, the last 9 months has been a tough journey, which has yet to end. Our team adapted to working in a completely different way to what their used to, using video viewings and valuations rather than physical appointments and homeworking, an environment where many of us find motivation challenging. I am immensely grateful and proud of our team for their efforts in this transition and getting our business through what’s has been our most challenging year to date. When lockdown ended, we were hit with an unprecedented level of enquiries and phone calls, with figures much higher than we’d ever seen before. The team did their best to manage what was an extremely busy period whilst keeping themselves and the customers safe. This journey is what brought us to our #ShopNorthWales campaign and the importance of supporting our local businesses. Now as we approach the end of the year, things have calmed and the team can have a well earned rest in what will be a very different Christmas for us all.
