Why just move when you can relocate with your Local Expert?
Relocation Agent Network is the new name for the national network of independent estate agents, formerly known as Home Sale Network. The new name redefines the Network’s focus as an organisation of relocation specialists and reflects the scope of services that each member offers their customers.
No longer just an estate agency organisation selling homes, members are a network of Relocation Agent specialists, each hand picked as being, in Relocation Agent Network’s opinion, their area’s Local Expert. Members have to meet strict criteria to become a Relocation Agent, such as quality of service, local knowledge and professionalism.
Luke Pollitt from our Bangor‘s office commented, “A successful house move is not just about the property itself. Important lifestyle factors are part of the decision; such as the up and coming areas, school catchments, local facilities like sports, shops and restaurants and real commuting times and can make a huge difference to the success of your move.
“Through our membership with a national network of Relocation Agents, we are able to provide expert local advice to our customers, wherever they may be relocating. Even if you’re planning to buy a property outside of Gwynedd and Anglesey, we can contact that area’s local Relocation Agent, who can provide the same high standard of service as we do. If you are thinking of moving why not give us a call and experience the relocation difference for yourself.”
Richard Tucker, Managing Director of Relocation Agent Network stated, ‘Since 1994 Home Sale Network has set a benchmark for independent estate agency services. Only one estate agent in any given area is selected to join our exclusive network. Times change and our former name no longer reflected the comprehensive range of services our agents provide beyond that of home sales. As part of Cartus, the premier provider of relocation services, it was a natural extension to channel this expertise via our Relocation Agents, to individual customers.’
